    help! SDS-PAGE data analysis

    hi all
    i want to know the difference between data analysis by pearson's product moment coefficient and Jaccard Coefficient. Suppose u have SDS PAGE gels with different strains of a bacterium run each lane. how would u compute the clustering of the strains. which method is better.
