    protocol for tagging antibody

    Hi all,

    I am planning to do an immunoaffinity column chromatography to purify the protein expressed from mammalian cells. We have both monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies for this protein.

    I would appreciate if somebody can provide me a protocol for tagging antibodies to the supporting matrix.
