Beer-Lambert law - spectrophotometry

Hi,
Can anyone help? I'm having a bit of trouble with a question posed unto me: Given that the molecular weight of copper sulphate is 159g and that molarity is defined as the gram molecular weight of a substance dissolved in 1 litre of water. Solution B = 0.039 mol dm-3 a) Express your determined percentage concentration of solution B as a molarity. b) Using this molarity and the Beer Lambert Law, calculate a value for the molar extinction coefficient of potassium permanganate.
