How to do re-IP

Hi, guys:
I want pull-down my interested protein from cells than use the pull-down protein to do following in vitro assays. However my protein associates with some other proteins which must interfere with the following assays, therefore I have to dissaciate these proteins from my protein. It is said that re-IP can help but unfortunately I completely have no idea about how to do that.
anyone's help will be appreciated!!
