    Hello,
I am expecting help from this forum. this is the first time i am posting here.
A protien has following aminoacids asp232 (aspartic acid), lys239 (lysine),glu245 (glutamic acid) and arg260 (arginine). Now, knowing that this protien has transmembrane domain corresponding to aminoacids 180-230. explain which of the following aminoacids thr174, thr279, gly280 could make 'side-chain hydrogen bonds' with any of the above four aminoacids.
    thanks
