    purification of myc-tagged proteins

    I would like to to purify an enzyme with N-terminal c-myc tag using anti-myc agarose and elute this protein using non-denaturing conditions. Could you recommend the method, kind of anti-myc antibody conjugated to agarose (vendor), 9E10, 4A6, goat, rabbit polyclonal, etc.
