heat shock expression

can any one tell me, which is the best cell lime or tissue model to check hsp 25 protein expression.
and also guide me with the wet western blotting of low molecular weight proteins. what should be the volts for pvdf membrane and how long whould the transfer be done. many thanks for ur suggestion shane

Based on its expression level in normal human tissues, it has highest expression in muscle tissues and lowest in brain tissue.
muscle>heart>prostate>lung>kidney
