Could anybody please tell me what are the activators of the enzyme citrate synthase?
    I can't find it anywhere
    Tnx for your answers!

Citrate synthase is a mitochondrial enzyme involved in the citric acid cycle. It catalyzes the reaction of 2 carbon acetyl CoA with 4 carbon oxaloacetate to form 6 carbon citrate. Coenzyme A is regenerated.

Yes, thank you for that, I know that, just need to know what are/is the ACTIVATORS for the citrate synthase.
I know which inhibitors are used. But the activators are a mystery

Ah now I understand what you were asking. Here is the answer: NADH is a potent inhibitor of citrate synthase (as you already know), most of the adenylates are activators. The best activator, ADP-ribose, increases the affinity of the enzyme for the substrate, acetyl-CoA, and saturates the enzyme in a sigmoid manner. The paper below should tell you more.
Talgoy MM, Duckworth HW. Can J Biochem. 1979 May;57(5):385-95. The interactions of adenylates with allosteric citrate synthase.
