All my blots shows a smear from 50Kda-30Kda region. I have immobialized the outermembrane protein on PVDF membrane 6micro grams which has 13 bands (4%-20% gradient gels were made electroporosed and transfered by wet blot using towbins buffer with .1% SDS, 65 volt 90 minutes) i use an naturally (brucellosis)infected animals(cow) serum as primary and anti bovine IgG-Hrp as secondary and DAb as substrate but iam not getting bands onll smear as stated above. Can u help in solving the problem
