mitochondria cytochrome b staining

hi,

Can anyone suggest a working protocol for staining the very hydrophobic mitochondria cytochrome b in Tricine gel or gradient gel? It's difficult to separate it from cyto c1 and difficult to stain it as a sharp band. Any suggestions are appreciated.
