S-35 pulse labeled membrane protein runs slower?

hi, just a quick and maybe naive question. If a 40kD protein is in vivo pulse labeled with S-35 and resolved on 10% - 20% Tricine gradient gel, will it run slower than unlabeled protein (noticeable difference)? Assume there are 300 aa with 4% methanione. I am trying to use a labeled protein as the marker to identify the unlabeled counterpart.

No difference between labeled and unlabeled proteins.

The label is generally not heavy enough to change the run speed.
