Microarray Explorer (MAExplorer) is a Java-based data-mining facility for cDNA or oligonucleiotide microarray databases. It may be downloaded and run as a stand-alone application on your computer. Respected sir,
I am Rakesh.VH, Second MSc Bioinformatics student at Karpagam Arts and Science college in Coimbatore.I have to undergone a project in our fourth semester. Our Project time will start from december onwards.My interests in drug designing and molecular modeling.I am also done a summer training in MACFAST bioinformatics institute .in that work .You may please confirm the details about the training work conducted by your institute.
