There are so many ways to measure CYP450 activity and that depends on the facilities you have such as HPLC, spectrophotometer .. etc. Methos of Omura and Sato can measure the overall CYP conc. but you can also measure individual isozymes by other utilizing specific substrate (e.g., p-nitro phenol for CYP 2C9).
Look in Methods in Enzymology Volume 272, Part B, 1996.

Sir, myself pavan kumar as research student and doing work on devlopmental stages of fish using molecular technique such as RAPD,but I wish used biochemical parameter as cytochromeP450. so please give me protocol for this.please help me.
