Reading Aloud of Nucleotide Sequences

Reading Aloud of Nucleotide Sequences

It is useful when you can't find someone to read your sequencing data for you. (Practical Molecular Biology, http://molbiol.ru)

This program read nucleotide sequence aloud. If it is necessary to read the complementary sequence or in the opposite direction you can transform it first, and then read.

For translation of nucleic acids it is possible to use "6 Frame Translation" program. Rare codons may be displayed with "Search of rare codons in nucleotide sequence".
