DNA Methylation Database MethDB (archive)

The purpose of this database is to provide the scientific community with a resource to store DNA methylation data and to make these data readily available to the public. Descriptions of MethDB has been published in the database issues of Nucleic Acids Research in 2001 and 2003 and in the Journal of Nutrition.

The methylation database was supported by a grant of the Klaus Tschira Foundation to C.G and is currently supported by a grant of the Genopole Languedoc-Roussillon.The database server is currently maintained at the Institut de G¨¦n¨¦tique Humaine (CNRS) Montpellier.
