dear sir
i am working on the multidrug resistance protein. i purified caboxy terminal domain. i have purified the protein but i am facing problem in protein activation .our protein is not showing any activity. i cheched the activity with different ph atpase buffer but the problem remain same. please suggest me. your suggetion in this regard is anticipated.
