	By aidin mahdavi on 12-Dec-2006 I work with SSCP method in calpastatin gene,we have investigated the polymorphism of this gene with pcr-RFLp and we could see polymorphism in this region(exon 1). please kindly tell me if it possible we couldn't see any polymorphismin in this region of this gene(exon 1) with sscp technique.
