By doreen on 27-Sep-2001 hi, maybe someone can help-I hope so: I want to do IP and the problem is that my protein (c-myc tagged version and Flag tagged version as well) binds already to the Sepharosebeads alone (without antibody) !!!! Did anyone has this problem and knows a solution??? Too much protein or beads???? or is there a very stringent buffer for more stringent washing procedures????? thanks doreen Rating: Good Reply
