I have this error in my workstation varian cp-maitre after 5 years of use :unable to open this instrument because there are no system suitability lisences available. please contact the system administrator".

Estos trabajando con CH3CN/H2O con gradiente 55%-100% con una mezcla EPA de HAPs (HidrocARBUROS AROMATICOS POLICICLICOS) DESPUES Q inyecte la mezcla se separaron muy bien los 16 compuestos al dia siguiente los primeros salen pero a los 30 min salen varios amontonados y otros como picos muy gruesos y con siz-zag al tope.

I am using NH2 column. I wanted to wash it and use methanol and acetonitrile. But during the washing the column pressure increased upto 3500 psi. Where is the problem Rating: Very Good

I am using 80:10:10 acetonirile, methanol , and Ethyl acetate, suddenly i just observed that there are no peaks.What may be the possible cause and solution. Rating: n/a

Im in the HPLC learning process! How much difference would it make to my sample if my mobile phase was 100% ACN or 90:10 (ACN: h2O).
I know the water is a weaker solvent than ACN. Im using a method which used 90:10 but my peaks are a little better at 100% Rating: Very Good
