Hi
Would you tell me how I can identify teh contamination and perhaps its source and since I got to realise it is contamination in my stem cells after a lengthy transfection process do you think there is a way to clean them (doubt it) but prevent it (I did use sterile conditions ethanol etc.)
Must say that once when passaging the air flow was turned off and didn't realise till later but I filtered the opened media (0.2 micron filter).
also I didnt see any contamination after spliting etc and only got the bacteria after transfection...
Thanks in advance
