my primers work real well on my cDNA in regular PCR but donot amplify in realtime PCR

propably you still have traces of DNase in your sample, make sure to add stop buffer for this enzyme and keep on 65 C for arround 10 minutes

i am having problems with my cDNA dilutions... the first dilution works fine but then later the dilutions seem to degrade. Can anyone tell me any other way i can preseve my cDNA
