By Maha Al-Eid on 23-Sep-2007 I am running a 12.5% homogenous SDSPAGE. 12 gels were being cast each time using the Bio_Rad Protean Plus Multi Casting Chamber. The same recipe is being used during each manual gel casting and same chemicals were being used ach time. However, the gel gradient is not often reproducible I would appreciate if you could give an explanation or how to avoid this phenomenon. Thanks for your help and suggestions. Rating: Good Reply
