Protocol for Enhancing PCR of Very Difficult Regions

Protocol for Enhancing PCR of Very Difficult Regions

DNA templates with high GC content and short repeats sometimes are very difficult for PCR amplification. This PCR protocol for overcoming difficult DNA G/C rich regions uses Polyoxyethylenesorbitan monolaurate and Igepal CA-630. (Ziyun Yao, Shaoping Lin, HongMin Wu and B.A. Roe in Roe's lab)
