I am looking for knock out and knock in protocol(including: 1. constract the targeting vector. 2. electroporate tne ES cells. 3. drug selection of resistant cells. 4. southen blotting or by PCR screen. 5. inject the selected clones into blastocy sts. 6. implant them into foster mice. if anyone has this protocol, please help me out.
