Babelomics - Bioinformatics analysis suite for integrated genomic data analysis
Babelomics is a complete suite of bioinformatics tools with methods of genomics data analysis (gene expression data normalization, data pre-processing, differential gene expression, predictors, clustering, large-scale genotyping assays). The platform integrated with many external sources including GO ontology, KEGG, Biocarta, Reactome, Transfac, Jaspar, ORegAnno, miRNA etc. It also uses text mining and PPI modules for functional information enrichment.
