Bacterial cell culture general procedures:

Follow microbiology bacterial handling practice for all procedures.

- Streak agar plate from bacterial stock and grow overnight at 37c bacterial incubator.

- Transfer bacterial colony using sterile toothpick or small pipette tip into 5ml of appropriate culture medium (with antibotics).

- Vortex and mix to disturbe bacterial colony.

- Continue to incubate at 37c on a shaker for overnight or until desired OD value.

- Collect bacterial by centrifugation.
