Vector NTI 10 tutorial and user guide

One of the most useful programs for basic DNA analysis and for laboratory maintenance of plasmid constructs and oligonucleotides is Vector NTI Advance 10.0, a computer program available from Invitrogen (http://www.invitrogen.com).
