The mass spec data analysis demonstration can be downloaded in word doc file. This example demonstrates a number of ways to classify mass spectrometry data and shows some statistical tools that can be used to look for potential disease markers. The data in this example are from the FDA-NCI Clinical Proteomics Program Databank.
