Protocol for Intracellular Cytokine Staining by FACS

The basic steps for intracellular staining of cytokine in cell culture:

- Harvest and pellet cells.
- Stain cells with surface marker antibodies and wash.
- Cell fixation with formaldehyde.
- Permeabilize cells and stain with cytokine antibodies for intracellular cytokine staining.
- Run FACS analysis.
