By evsters on 15-Oct-2004 I am having difficulty running a time course treatment of my cells. I have an assay of 14 samples that must be treated with the same medication but on 10 min intervals. When it comes to harvest the samples for protein isolation, the samples worked on last get a longer treatment due to time consuming efforts of this protocol. How can I precipitate the proteins before harvesting cells for protein isolation??? Rating: Good Reply
