Genomic DNA from any source such as whole blood, peripheral blood lymphocytes, serum, or plasma can be used. Any standard protocol for DNA extraction should be suitable. DNA should be placed in a ¨C200C freezer for long-term storage, or 40C for short-term storage. (International
