Alkaline gel loading buffer
1. Add 15 mg bromocresol green, 25 mg xylene cyanol FF, 120 ul 0.5 M EDTA (pH 8.0) in 3 ml 1 M NaOH. 2. Make up volume to 10 ml with distilled water. 3. Store at 4ˇăC.
