10X PBS
1. Dissolve 2 g KCl, 80 g NaCl, 17.8 g Na2HPO4กค2H2O and 2.4 g KH2PO4 in 800 ml distilled water.2. Make up volume to 1 liter with distilled water.
3. Sterilize by autoclaving.
