The adenovirus can be purified in 60 minutes while the traditional CsCl ultracentrifugation takes 24 hours. The Kit provides 5 columns 10 preparations and each preparation can produce up to 3 x 10^12 Vps. The purified virus can be used for infection of cells and animals.
