There is no list of contents, no synopsis, and no other benchmark by which to judge the sale of this book. Is the king running around with no clothes again?? Would like to see a table of contents and pictures or excerpts -like for so many other books- to be able to make a decision on whether to buy it or not, then I might right a review.
