These flash cards are a must buy. Every drug discussed in pharmacology is mentioned in these cards and then some. However, there were a few mistakes on one or two cards but for the most part they are accurate.

Not useful at all. Cards do not explain or help learn Pharmacology. Only good for someone who has already learned it and can put it into application. Really useless cards.

The mistakes on these cards make concepts really frustrating and confusing. Sometimes multiple mistakes per card... I am very happy with the layout and clinical vignettes, though. They don't seem too wordy. Just enough info for me.

Cool book for medical student. All you need to know in a concise, easy to ready format. Includes practice USMLE questions. A must have!

Well organized book with checklists, explicitly explained graphs and boxes, and Q & A's are well made as well.

Great review book, especially if you have already spent time on studying pharmacology (I used Katzung's Pharamacology), this book helps a great deal to bring this knowledge back to surface.

This study guide is very helpful and has way of reviewing material other than just questions.

This book is great, it's very helpful with it's study questions and helps you understand concepts!

A must have if you purchase the text (Pharmacology: A Nursing Process Approach)
I bought this book because I like the Incredibly Easy! series. I wanted a pharmacology review and this book is great for that. The illustrations help me remember things easier along with key facts written in highlighted boxes. The nursing process is also used for each drug classification and there are good education tips in this book. It was a great purchase.

The book is for my daughter and she likes it. It makes looking up the medications easy.

I think this book is a good adjunctive to a text book. I generally read a chapter after I read the same subject in my test book. It works as a great review and wraps things up. I would not toss my text book out for this one however.

Good book, maybe a little too basic. I won't be throwing away my Richard Lenhe Pharmacology text anytime soon. Pharmacology Made Insanely Easy was a required purchase for a Pharmacology Workshop done by the author, which was ok. It definately did not get over anyone's head.

This book breaks pharmacology down to easy and fun ways to remember the important pieces of information. I highly recommend it to anyone who struggles with all the information that has to be memorized for this course.

I am in nursing school, presently. I have been trying to figure out a way I could understand these medications and this book is wonderful.

I really enjoyed the layout and study guide supplied by this book. The study guide is really easy and works very well.

This book has been very useful in my college class. I think that it is written well and it makes the information easy to understand.

Where was this book at the beginning of nursing school?? The first textbook I had for pharmacology was a nightmare!! And the instructor made it worse. I searched high and low for a pharmacology textbook that I can understand, and now, in my third semester, I find this goldmine! I suggest this for anyone for the quick and easy way to study the drugs, and now, I feel better about entering into med-surg 2, and then the boards. Thanks, Mosby! You've done it again!

I would assume that the majority of people who would buy this book are taking a class in pharmacology. I have had alot of recommended text books that were not worth even taking out of the wrapper, but this book is not one of them. The author's actually spent the time to organize and gather relatively current information and then put a hard cover on it. It's getting harder and harder to get that combination. I gave this a 5 star rating because it really will be a book you will keep and reference after the class is over.

This is an easy-to-read, very concise and to the point text book. Ciccone does a great job of summarizing each disease process, listing the drugs used in their management, and including excellent case studies as they pertain to rehabilitation. Of particular help were the boxes at the end of each chapter which detailed any rehabilitation concerns that should be addressed in treating patients using particular pharmacological intervention. I actually read this book from start to finish and can claim to have read an entire textbook, a first for me.
I was very happy with the product and the timliness of its delivery. There was not a scratch on the book. Good experience.
