Having searched numerous journal articles, this book was an unexpected surprise. It provided a concise yet thorough explanation of many protocols necessary for investigating many facets of chemotaxis. In addition to the detailed protocols, I especially enjoyed the brief discussions dealing with the use and relevance of each protocol. I would recommend this book to those involved in chemotactic research.
